In an effort to add efficiencies to the business practices and increase the income of its members, the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® is dedicated to assisting members find technology solutions that improve data quality, reduce research costs and enhance marketing efforts.    This Data Services Portal provides CBR Members access to: Exchange Mail This free web-based system gives REALTOR® members the ability to market commercial real estate “haves” and "needs” to over 2,200 commercial agents in the Atlanta area.  Set up your "Exchange Mail Preferences" to have listings that fit your interests sent directly to your email.  You can use our "search for messages" feature to sort through all the messages that have gone out in the past 90 days.  Downloadable Forms Did you know that the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® has 41 commercial forms available for your use? The ACBR Forms Committee, comprised of members representing various specialties in commercial real estate, is continually working to enhance the forms to create the most comprehensive set of practical and useful forms that reflect current market conditions and trends. ACBR Forms are reviewed on a scheduled basis by the Committee, which includes experienced commercial real estate practitioners and attorneys. Additionally ACBR Forms are reviewed and approved by legal counsel retained by the Board. Member Search When you are logged into The Exchange, you are given access to other CBR Members’ contact information, including email addresses. The Exchange Partners with DoreyPro The Atlanta Commercial Board has chosen DoreyPro as the Primary Provider of Data Research and online Technology through a Strategic Partnership for Competitive Prices and Products.  The combined ACBR/Dorey venture will have over 2,200 users, representing 350 companies, making it one of the largest local information services in the country. The CBR Board of Directors will oversee the operation of this new alliance and continue to represent the best interests of our Board membership.
